Pink Shirt Day offers us a chance to reflect on our actions and serves as a reminder for us to always choose kindness. Together, we can make a difference and it often begins with a smile.

Social Studies Inquiry - We've wrapped up looking at Tunisia and have begun our studies on Ukraine. We're learning how to take information by writing jot notes as we continue learning about and comparing different cultures around the world.
Math - we are about to begin our work with multiplication after wrapping up our addition and subtraction unit. Of course, we will continue working with computation to reinforce regrouping.
Cursive - yes, we began cursive a couple of weeks ago and will continue working through the alphabet. Ask your child to write the words "face" or "faded"

Swimming Week - See you at the pool! Students will need to bring a "one-handed" snack to the pool (no yogurts please)
Literacy Night is next Thursday from 6-7 - come and see some of the games that help students learn!
